1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using StockKitchen, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
StockKitchen is a cloud-based inventory management application for small restaurants and food businesses. We provide tools to track ingredient stock levels, generate shopping lists, and manage supplier information.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Team Accounts
Restaurant owners may invite team members (chefs, managers) to access the shared inventory. The owner is responsible for all activity by their team members. Removing a team member immediately revokes their access.
5. Your Data
You own all inventory data you enter into StockKitchen. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store your data securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service: your email address, restaurant name, and inventory data you enter. We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
7. Free Trial & Payments
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
8. Limitation of Liability
StockKitchen is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use or inability to use the service.
